You can use Octopus to shop online at HKTVmall and all O2O shops. Please refer to the below instructions for payment.
- How to use the above payment online?
You may select Octopus from the available payment options at the checkout page when you proceed to payment. There is a “Green Tick" if you successfully select Octopus as your payment method.
You will be redirected to the Octopus App to complete the payment if HKTVmall App is used. You could choose one of the three payment methods: (Please install and register the latest version of Octopus app on your mobile device.)
- Registered Octopus Wallet
Please confirm payment and enter your passcode to complete the order.
- Octopus Card
Please place your Octopus(or Mini Octopus, Octopus Ornaments, Octopus watches) at the upper back of your mobile phone to complete the order.
*The services that require tapping cards are applicable for NFC-enabled Android devices and iOS – iPhone 7 or newer with iOS 13 or above, or connected with Octopus Mobile Reader
- Octopus on iPhone or Apple Watch, Samsung Pay, Huawei Pay
Please enter the passcode to complete the order.
*The maximum amount for each transaction under this payment method is $3,000. (Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) reloads only once a day while unlimited time for reloading with cash.)

- Pay by Octopus card or Octopus Wallet via Octopus App
Please scan QR code or enter payment code with a mobile device downloaded with Octopus App to complete the order.
- Pay via Octopus Card
Please click the button below to pay via Octopus PC Reader with an Octopus reader and a PC installed with Java.
2. How to use Octopus to pay at O2O shops?
To purchase in O2O Shop, please use HKTVmall app.
- Turn on HKTVmall application
- Click "Account" on bottom right corner
- Click "Pay at store" and "Pay Now"
- Pass the QR code to our staff for scanning and remain at current page, then you can choose any item you would like to buy in O2O Shop
- When you are ready to check out, you can use Octopus for payment
- When payment is successful, you can view the order details in "Account" > "My Orders" within 5 minutes.
Besides, you can combine the payment of the product that was added to cart with the product at the store.
- Turn on HKTVmall application
- Click "Cart" and "Checkout"
- Select delivery address, delivery time slot, apply coupon (If any) and Mall dollar (If any)
- Click "Other payment method" and select "Pay with the products at store"
- Click "Confirm Payment", pass the QR code to our staff for scanning and remain at current page, then you can choose any item you would like to buy in O2O Shop
- When you are ready to check out, you can use Octopus for payment
- When payment is successful, you can view the order details in "Account" > "My Orders" within 5 minutes
