3. How can I check the "Best Before Date" of a product?
You can find information about the best before date of the products in the following three areas:

When browsing products, you can directly see the specific product expiry date or the word “Clearance” on the main product image.
Note: Products with an expiry date exceeding 6 months will be labeled as "Clearance".
The small label “Expired” will be displayed in front of the product name for products that have already expired, and the specific expiry date will also be shown on the product’s main image.
[Product Details Page]
When you click on a product to enter the details page, the product's "Best Before Date" will also be clearly displayed in the description for you to confirm before placing an order.
[Shopping Cart]
All products from GreenLab near-expiry products will display a red warning message in the shopping cart, reminding customers that the product may be closed to or pass the "Best Before" date.
4. How can I purchase products from GreenLab?
It is simple to purchase your favorite products from GreenLab. Just follow the steps below:
Method 1:
When searching for your desired products on HKTVmall, if you find a green label labeled "GreenLab" on the product details page, it means that the product belongs to GreenLab Clearance Goods. Additionally, the product images of GreenLab Clearance Goods will clearly indicate the "Best Before Date" and the expiration status of the product (whether it is near expiry or expired).
Method 2:
- On the HKTVmall mobile app homepage, click the "GreenLab" icon in the top navigation bar to enter the GreenLab product section.
5. What does the "xx% off" label next to the product price mean?
The "xx% off" label shows the discount percentage for GreenLab products.
HKTVmall has compared the prices of similar products under normal market conditions with those of GreenLab Clearance Goods products, allowing you to easily understand the level of discount offered on the products.
Note: The discount label is for reference only and may vary depending on the product.
6. After receiving the goods and finding an issue, can I apply for a return or refund?
The products sold at GreenLab are those that are near or have already exceeded the "Best Before Date", or have packaging defects, which means that the flavor and texture of the products may change over time. We clearly indicate the expiration status of the product ("Not Expired" or "Expired") on the product detail page, while also explicitly stating in the detailed description that the product is "non-returnable and non-refundable". Therefore, we are sorry that we are unable to provide returns or refunds for such products. However, we will assess the possibility of arranging a return or refund based on the specific circumstances of the product issue. Thank you for your understanding.
