For any missing / wrong / defective items of your order, please take a photo of the received products for record within 14 days after the order is completed by clicking the button below to contact us and providing the relevant order number and receipt.
If you need to return the goods, please keep the complete packaging of the goods and ensure that their assembly status is consistent with that at the time of receipt. After we have accepted the return request, we will contact you by email regarding the return arrangement. Please note that shipping fees for returns will be paid by the customer.
Remarks:
- Exchange service is not available for overseas orders. Return and refund will be arranged instead. For the return arrangement, customers may choose to return the item(s) to the designated address by parcel or in person, and the shipping fees for returns will be paid by the customer.
- Each order could only be returned once.
- The maintenance service is not applicable to overseas orders.
- “Ship to AU” Sea freight order: Customers are required to contact Hong Kong Post directly for handling.
