If there are any "Farm Direct" or "Merchant Delivery" items in your shopping cart, you will not be able to choose O2O Shops as your delivery address.
Items labelled "Farm Direct" are fresh/chilled meat or seafood. In order to ensure the food quality and freshness, all these products will be arranged door-to-door delivery. For items labelled "Merchant Delivery", they will be directly delivered by the merchant. Therefore, self pick up service will be inapplicable for both of the above items.
Should you wish to enjoy the self pick up service, you may purchase the "Farm Direct" or "Merchant Delivery" items in a separate order so that you can pick up other goods at the O2O Shop / Pick-up Service Partner.
