2. Does Mall Dollar / Coupon Code / Gift Voucher count towards the total billed amount*?
Yes, any Mall Dollar / coupon code / gift coupon applied in the order will be calculated in the total billed amount. You will be entitled for free delivery if total billed amount fulfills the free delivery threshold.
3. Can I use Mall Dollar / Coupon Code to pay for the delivery fee?
No, Mall Dollar or coupon code cannot be used to pay for the standard delivery fee.
4. If delivery fee is charged since the total billed amount* does not fulfill the free delivery threshold. Can I change the delivery address to O2O shops? Can I add more items or cancel the order?
Once an order is confirmed, an automated logistics process will start and the system will instantly send the order details to related merchants for product preparation and shipping. Manual changes in confirmed orders may cause record discrepancies and affect the delivery arrangement. Therefore, we apologize that we are unable to amend or cancel any confirmed orders.
For better shopping experience, you are suggested to add the favourable items to the shopping cart or wishlist, and reconfirm the order details (including the total billed amount and delivery fee) before proceeding to payment.
5. If some of the items in my order is cancelled by merchant or HKTVmall which causing the total billed amount* failed to fulfill the free delivery threshold, will I be charged for additional delivery fee?
If the cancellation was initiated by the merchant or HKTVmall, no additional delivery fees will be charged.
6. What is the free delivery threshold for “Merchant Delivery”?
Each merchant may have a different free delivery threshold, you may check the delivery details on the product description page
7. Is there any extra delivery fee for free gifts?
No additional delivery fee is required for free gifts.
8. Can I enjoy free delivery if my total spending amount reaches the threshold after including add-on order?
The free delivery threshold shall only include the total billed amount of the original order, which is shown in the shopping cart, while the spending in add-on order will not be counted.

The total billed amount refers to the amount after excluding product discounts, coupons, and the delivery fee.
