1. How do I pay with PayMe?
You may select PayMe from the available payment options at the checkout page when you proceed to payment. Your authorization will be required for completing the transaction, just like when you are paying a friend via PayMe.
There is a "Green Tick" if you successfully selected PayMe as your payment method.
Before using PayMe as payment method, please ensure the following:
i) Latest version of PayMe app is installed on your mobile device
ii) You have logged in to your PayMe account
iii) There is sufficient balance or valid top-up source in your PayMe account
**PayMe is currently available in HKTVmall application only
2. Are there any transaction limits for paying with PayMe?
Yes, your transaction limits of PayMe still apply. The amount paid at HKTVmall are counted towards your existing pay and receive limits
3. Can I place an order on one device but pay with PayMe on another device?
No, you have to place your order and complete the payment with PayMe using the same mobile device. You will need to have both the HKTVmall app and PayMe installed on the device.
4. Can I choose to use the Consumption Vouchers through PayMe?
Yes, after PayMe confirms the payment, you can choose "Pay with Consumption Vouchers Balance" to deduct the Consumption Vouchers before payment.
