"HKTVplus" is a newly launched membership program. BY registering HKTVplus, members can enjoy the "Plus+ Price" for over 500 selected premium products, including staple foods, frozen meat/seafood, baby products/food, and healthcare products. The "Plus+ Price" is up to 38% lower than the retail price at major supermarket chains and personal care stores. Some products are even priced at only 28% of the market price, ensuring that HKTVplus members enjoy the "most discounted" shopping experience.
The HKTVplus membership fee is HK$99 every 3 months, providing the most cost-effective online shopping service. In addition to the discounts on over 500 premium products, HKTVplus also offers various product bundle promotions and exclusive popular product offers, allowing HKTVplus members to "Buy more and save more."
2. How to become a HKTVplus member?
Method 1:
Click on the "Account/Settings" option on the main page of the HKTVmall App, then proceed to click on "Join HKTVplus to Unlock Selected Products", and go to the payment page to pay the subscription fee in order to become an HKTVplus member.
Method 2:
When searching for HKTVplus products, simply click on the green label "Unlock Offer" and proceed to the payment page to pay the subscription fee in order to become an HKTVplus member.
3. How to purchase HKTVplus products?
HKTVplus currently offers around 500 products. It is simple to purchase HKTVplus products, just follow the steps below:
Method 1:
When searching for favorite products on HKTVmall, if the item is labeled with the green label "HKTVplus+ Exclusive Offer" on the product page, it means that it is an HKTVplus product.
Method 2:
On the main page of the HKTVmall App, you can directly click on the "HKTVplus" icon in the featured bar to enter the HKTVplus section and select your favorite products.
4. What is the membership fee and duration of the HKTVplus membership plan?
The membership plan costs HKD$99 every 3 months, starting from the date of enrollment, with a validity period of three months, regardless of usage.
Example:
If a customer registers and becomes an HKTVplus member on 12 July 2024, their membership will be valid from 12 July 2024 to 11 October 2024.
5. How can I check my HKTVplus membership?
Go to the main page of the HKTVmall App and click on "HKTVplus membership until YYYY/MM/DD" in the "Account/Settings" to access the HKTVplus member information page. From there, you can view the following details:
Sorry, you cannot. However, after becoming an HKTVplus member, the accumulated order expenditure will be calculated as part of the cumulative spending to upgrade to HKTVmall VIP／Gold VIP / Diamond VIP.
7. How can I automatically renew my HKTVplus membership?
Unless you cancel the auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of your HKTVplus membership plan, you will be automatically subscribed to the HKTVplus membership plan. On the last day of your membership, the system will automatically charge the current membership fee from the credit card payment method you provided. If we are unable to deduct the amount automatically from the payment method you provided, you will need to re-enter your payment information and subscribe again.
Notes:
- The electronic invoice for auto-renewal will be stored in the payment records within your membership information.
- Once the HKTVplus membership plan is automatically renewed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded midway.
8. How to cancel the auto-renewal?
As the HKTVplus membership plan auto-renews every 3 months, if you wish to cancel the auto-renewal of your HKTVplus membership plan during the subscription period, please click “Cancel HKTVplus membership” at HKTVplus Membership Profile at least 24 hours before the end of the plan for cancellation. After canceling the auto-renewal, you can still enjoy HKTVplus services until the expiration date of the plan; however, the fees already charged will not be refunded.
Example:
If a customer registers and becomes an HKTVplus member on 12 July 2024. The membership is valid from 12 July 2024 to 11 October 2024.
To cancel the auto-renewal of the HKTVplus membership plan, the customer must do so before 23:59 on 9 October 2024.
After cancel auto-renewal, customer can click “Resume” in the HKTVplus Membership Profile to resume their membership. Your HKTVplus membership will be auto renewal on the original end day of the plan.
9. Can I cancel my HKTVplus membership?
Once the HKTVplus membership plan is automatically renewed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded midway.
10. Can HKTVplus products be delivered overseas?
Orders checked out at the HKTVplus member price are only applicable to delivery addresses in Hong Kong and Macau, not valid overseas. This is limited to orders placed through the HKTVmall App and website.
11. Does purchasing HKTVplus products require paying additional delivery fees?
The free delivery threshold for HKTVplus orders is the same as that for HKTVmall members (Normal customer, VIP, Gold VIP, and Diamond VIP). Customers do not need to pay any additional delivery fees.
12. Can Mall Dollars or coupons be used for payment?
Yes, HKTVplus member orders can be paid for using Mall Dollars or coupons.
Notes: Diamond VIP, Gold VIP and VIP day-specific shopping discount codes cannot be used when purchasing HKTVplus Products.
