Add a new credit card
1. Choose “Add Citi HKTVmall Card” or "Add a new credit card Visa / MasterCard" at the checkout page during purchase
2. Click "Confirm Payment" in Shopping Cart
3. Enter credit card information
4. Credit card details will be automatically saved in "My e-Wallet" once the payment is completed.
Remove credit card record
You can click the below button to go to "My e-Wallet" or refer to the detailed steps as follow:
App version
1. Login your HKTVmall account and click “Account” at the bottom right corner
2. Click "Payments" in "Settings"
3. Choose the credit card you want to remove and click "Delete"
Web version
1. Login your HKTVmall account and click on the account name at the top right
2. Click "Account Profile"
3. Click "My e-Wallet" in the menu on the left
4. Choose the credit card you want to remove and click "Delete"
