1. What is the new VIP Membership Program?
HKTVmall is committed to enhance our membership program to provide our loyal customers with better online shopping experiences.
The last update of our membership program was made at the end of 2020, which was five years ago. In view of the rapid changes in business environment, we need to redesign our membership program to offer timely membership criteria and benefits that can serve the needs of our customers.
The key focus of the new membership program is on the extremely low delivery thresholds and the free shipping commitment for multiple new services. The local delivery threshold for all membership levels has been lowered, with a minimum spending of HK$100 to enjoy free home delivery, no delivery fee for store pick-up. In addition, new services such as "Ship to other regions/countries (e.g. Macau/UK)" have been added to the membership benefits, with discounted shipping fees!
【Calculation & Accumulated Spending】
1. What is the validity period and how is the cumulative spending of the new membership program calculated? How do I upgrade my membership level?
The new membership program has been effective since 1 January 2024. All members will be upgraded based on their spending and number of orders over the past 365 days, with a validity period of one year.
If you reach the specified spending amount and meet the required number of orders within the period from 1 January to 31 December 2026, you will become a member of the corresponding level. The conditions for upgrading or renewing membership are as follows:

After that, once your cumulative spending amount reaches the threshold of the next level within the 365-day membership period, your membership will be upgraded to the corresponding level, and the upgraded membership will be valid for one year from the date of upgrade.
2. Will my membership level be extended or upgraded automatically?
If you have spent over HK$8,000 and placed 10 orders within the past 365 days, you will become the corresponding level of VIP member again on the following day, with a validity period of one year.
3. How to calculate the cumulative spending of the past 365 days?
Eligible spending includes:
- Orders delivered to Hong Kong, Macau and overseas (UK, Australia, Canada, etc), "Wet Market Express", ThePlace and orders placed from the HKTV Live Selling Channel
Notes: excluding returns, use of promo codes, vouchers, Mall Dollar cash rebates, HKTVmall lite app, the payment orders for lite app users using the "link account" function and all transaction done via "CASHBACK" stores
4. After the announcement of the new system, how can I check my accumulated spending in the past 365 days?
After the new membership system is announced, you can check your accumulated spendings on the "VIP Membership Program" interface in "Settings". You can also periodically check the "ChicChat / Notification" for the latest member news and announcements.
