There are three time slots available for delivery, 10:00-14:00, 14:00-18:00 and 18:00-22:00.
Customers can update the delivery arrangements (e.g. Change Delivery Timeslot / Delivery Address / Recipient) in "My Orders" > "Change Delivery Arrangements" before the product arrives at our warehouse.
Except for the above period, we are sorry to inform you that we cannot guarantee to arrange delivery in the designated period. A confirmation call will be made prior to arrival by courier. You may commit with the courier if you are requesting for a specific period of time.
*Remarks
1) Each order will only be allowed to update once
2) Once confirmed, you will not be able to restore to the original schedule
3) Not applicable to merchant delivery
4) Not applicable to fresh food delivery, such as vegetables and fruits
5) New delivery date can only be scheduled later than the original delivery date
6) Self pick-up orders cannot be changed to door-to-door delivery, or other O2O Shops / Pick-up Points
**If the first attempt of delivery cannot be done according to your preference schedule, the system will rearrange the next delivery time slot. You may check the latest date through HKTVmall account “Notification”.
