My order arrived at the shop but I forgot to collect it. Now that it has been returned, can I rearrange the delivery? / What happens if I fail to collect my order within the deadline?
Ans: If you are unable to collect your items from an O2O shop / Pick-Up Service Partner (including Post Office / Circle K) within the specified pickup period, the items will be returned to our warehouse by the logistics team. Please note that the overdue order will be returned and cancelled with no refund.
If you are unable to pick up in person, you may send a representative to pick up for you.

What happens to my order if I am not home / unable to receive it / the delivery is unsuccessful?

Furthermore, the system will automatically arrange the earliest delivery date for you and notify you of the latest delivery arrangements through "ChicChat / Notification". Please enable the Push Notification function in the APP to receive the latest delivery updates. Our logistic team will contact you by incoming call or WhatsApp messages, please stay tuned for further updates.
