(1) Latest version of BoC Pay App is installed on your mobile device (For payment made on HKTVmall Mobile App)

(3) Updated HKTVmall App to the latest version
2. How do I pay with BoC Pay online?
Mobile App
1. Choose to pay with "BoC Pay", then click "Confirm Payment".
2. Select "Pay via APP" will automatically open the BoC Pay App.
3. Confirm payment.
4. Enter the payment password as instructed.
5. After the transaction is completed, click "Return to Merchant".
6. The system will automatically open the browser and return to the HKTVmall Mobile App.
Website
1. Choose to pay with "BoC Pay", then click "Confirm Payment".
2. After submitting the order, it will automatically go to the payment QR code.
3. Please use the BoC Pay App to scan the QR Code and confirm the payment.
4. Enter the payment password as instructed.
5. Transaction completed.
6. Click "Continue" and return to the HKTVmall website.
3. What should I need to pay attention when using BoC Pay?
(1) After completing the payment in the BoC Pay App and clicked "Return to Merchant", the system will automatically open a new browser, and it will shown "Do you want to open this page in "HKTVmall"? ”, please click “Open”.
(2) If you close the browser accidentally, you can turn on the HKTVmall App directly.

5. How to use BoC Pay to pay at O2O shops?
To purchase in O2O Shop, please use HKTVmall App.
(1) Turn on HKTVmall App
(2) Click "Account" on bottom right corner
(3) Click "Pay at store" and "Pay Now"
(4) Pass the QR code to our staff for scanning and remain at current page, then you can choose any item you would like to buy in O2O Shop
(5) When you are ready to check out, you can use BoC Pay for payment
(6) When payment is successful, you can view the order details in "Account" > "My Orders" within 5 minutes
Besides, you can combine the payment of the product that was added to cart with the product at the store.
(1) Turn on HKTVmall App
(2) Click "Cart" and "Checkout"
(3) Select delivery address, delivery timeslot, apply coupon(If any) and Mall dollar(If any)
(4) Click "Other payment method" and select "Pay with the products at store"
(5) Click "Confirm Payment", pass the QR code to our staff for scanning and remain at current page, then you can choose any item you would like to buy in O2O Shop
(6)When you are ready to check out, you can use BoC Pay for payment
(7) When payment is successful, you can view the order details in "Account" > "My Orders" within 5 minutes
6. Is BoC Pay payment available for all orders?
No, BoC Pay cannot be selected as the payment method for the items with the "Insurance Order" label in the cart and the orders that belong to the Wet Market Express Delivery.

7. What is the transaction limit when using BoC Pay?
The daily transaction payment limit is $50,000 (please make sure that there is sufficient balance in the account before use, otherwise the transaction may be rejected), and there is no minimum transaction payment amount.
8. If the balance in the account is found to be insufficient during the payment process, how do I top-up my account?

You may choose to refund to the original payment account, the related payment will be released back to the original payment account within 5 working days.

You can find transaction records for BoC Pay (including Smart / Payment and Credit Card(s)) through "Transaction Records" under "My Account" in the Menu.
