If you are unable to search for the designated housing estate or building in "Estate, Building", you may try to enter your address by selecting "Street" and then fill in the complete delivery address. Please refer to the following example:
- Delivery address: Shop 412, G/F, Lok Hin Terrace, 350 Chai Wan Road, Hong Kong
2. Input Chai Wan Road in "Street", select street number 350, and then enter Street Number / Block Number / Floor / Unit to add as your new address.

If your designated address cannot be located in our system or showing “Sorry, no delivery service will be provided to the building you selected”, it indicates that the address is beyond the reach of our delivery service. We will strive to expand the service coverage and enhance our business.
We recommend selecting a nearby HKTVmall O2O Shop or Pick-Up Service Partner for collection, so that you can pick up your items within 3 days starting from the date of arrival, inclusive of the arrival date.
